Paul M. Aquino
Paul studied voice under Dean Ramon G. Acoymo, PhD and received his Bachelor of Music degree in Voice (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines in 2006. Currently, he is an instructor of Voice at the U.P. College of Music Extension Program and a Voice and Piano teacher at The British School Manila. He also conducts the Department of Budget and Management Chorale and the Manila Shared Services Center Chorale of Chevron Holdings Incorporated. Among his opera roles have been Dottore Malatesta in G. Donizetti's Don Pasquale, Father in E. Humperdink's Hansel and Gretel, Uberto in G. Pergolesi’s La Serva Padrona, Reverend Olin Blitch in Carlisle Floyd’s Susannah, Ben in G.C. Menotti’s The Telephone and Marcello in G. Puccini’s La Bohème. Paul is also a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (Cum Laude) from Christ the King Mission Seminary, Quezon City and a degree candidate in Master of Arts major in Psychology with Child and Family Development as his concentration from the Ateneo de Manila University.
